Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Welcome to Dahlia. These terms govern your use of Dahlia — the website at dahliawell.com, including the quiz and the personalized plan it builds, and the Dahlia app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Dahlia is not medical advice
Dahlia is a companion for adults who are using, starting, or have used GLP-1 medications. It offers organizational and informational support — planning, tracking, and pattern-spotting around a treatment that is managed by you and your clinician. Dahlia is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and never recommends starting, stopping, or changing the dose of any medication. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber, and discuss any questions about your medication or dose with your doctor. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Dahlia. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek medical care immediately.
Who can use Dahlia
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
The quiz and your plan
The Service builds a personalized plan from the answers you choose to provide. The plan’s dates, targets, and projections are estimates for planning purposes — individual results vary, and no particular outcome is promised. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Subscriptions, pricing, and payments
Dahlia’s paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. Before you buy, we show you the price you pay today, how often the plan renews, and the renewal price — for example, a 4-week plan bought at an introductory price renews every 4 weeks at the renewal price shown.
Buying on our website. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, processed by Stripe, or with PayPal, processed by PayPal. Your payment details go directly to them — we never receive or store your card number.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the renewal price shown when you bought it, and the payment method you used is charged — unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried; if it isn’t completed, your access to paid features may end.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you paid on our website by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, cancel from Settings in the Dahlia app, which opens our payment provider’s secure page. If you paid with PayPal, cancel in your PayPal account’s automatic payments settings. Or email us at support@dahliawell.com and we will cancel for you.
Buying in the Dahlia app. If you subscribe inside the app, your subscription is billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Cancel it, and request refunds, through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Price changes. If we change a subscription’s price, the new price applies only from a renewal after we tell you about it, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
30-day money-back guarantee
Subscriptions bought on our website carry the guarantee shown at purchase: if you do not see results and can show us that you followed your plan, we will return your money — email us at support@dahliawell.com within 30 days of purchase. A refund under the guarantee also cancels the subscription. Purchases made inside the app are refunded under Apple’s or Google’s policies.
